The moderators of this forum will try hard to edit or remove reprehensible messages as soon as possible. However, it is impossible for them to review all the messages. You thus admit that all the messages posted on this forum express the sight and opinion of their respective authors and not those of the moderators or the Webmaster (except messages posted by them) and consequently, they cannot be held responsible of the discussions.

This forum uses cookies to store information on your computer. These cookies will not contain any personal information; they are only used to improve comfort while browsing. The address e-mail is only used in order to confirm the details of your registration as your password (and also to send you back your password if you forget it).

- Aggressive or slanderous messages, as well as personal insults and critics, the coarseness and vulgarities, and more generally any message contravening the French laws are prohibited.
- Messages who promote - or evoke - illegal practices are prohibited.
- If you post informations which come from another site
, look first if the site in question doesn't forbid it. Show the address of the site in question in order to respect the work of their administrators!
- Please post your messages only once. The repetitions are unpleasant and useless!
- Please make an effort on grammar and spelling. SMS-style language (ex: r u sk8ing?) is not advised!

Any message contravening the listing above will be edited or removed without additional notice or justification within deadlines which will depend on the availability of the moderators. Any abuse will involve the cancellation of the registration. Internet is neither an anonymous space, nor a space of no-right! We reserve ourselves the possibility of informing your access provider and/or the legal authorities of any malevolent behavior. An IP address of each poster is recorded in order to help us to make you respect these conditions.

The following are the rules of Astralomia Forums. We only have rules to help keep the members here safe and secure in the hope that the forum will continue to run smoothly.

• Admin & moderators can edit, delete, move or lock any post if they feel it is needed. We will notify the member concerned about this before or after we do it via. PM (personal message).
  
• Respect other members - Astralomia is an open-minded forum, we respect all members thoughts, opinions, views & beliefs. Please keep that in mind and follow suit else you will be sent a warning followed by a possible ban if you continue.
  
• Discrimination, Sexual/Age discrimination, Religious Prejudice - This is not tolerated here. A PM will be issued to the parties involved to get both sides of the story if needed, the party/parties responsible will receive a permanent ban.

  Accounts & Personal Information.
  

• Password - Do not reveal your password to anybody, not even the moderators or admin. There is no reason for them to know this as you can change your own passwords.
  
• Usernames & Personal Information - Any private information sent via. PM should be kept there, do not forward the messages, if you are caught sharing another members personal information with other members, you will receive a warning and possible ban.
  
• Signatures - Do not post anything that may be considered offensive in your signatures, or anything commercial. You may advertise your own spiritual website or forum if the main purpose of the website is not to sell items.

  General.
  

• Harassment - If you feel you are being harassed by another member, please PM the staff immediately with the persons username, reason why (if known), how long for and method used (e.g. chat room, forum boards, PM, etc). If this is via chat room, you may be required to show the chat log as proof.
  
• Swearing - This is not accepted here, any swearing found in posts will be edited out and the party involved will receive a PM with a friendly warning. If the swearing was directed at another member of the forum, harsher punishment will be taken. If you see any swearing directed at another member, or towards yourself on the forum boards that a moderator or admin may have missed, please contact them immediately.
  
• Complaints - If you have a complaint about a person, topic or thread, please contact the admin directly stating the username, topic or thread title, reason why & evidence to support it.
  
• Chat room - All rules still apply to the chat room, please be nice and civil there - people go there to relax, not to argue.
  
• Heated debates - If you come across any posts/threads that are beginning, or have already started arguments on the forum, please contact the Admin immediately if they have not already dealt with it. Astralomia staff will not tolerate any heated debate that is beginning to get aggressive, offensive and/or stated in an attacking manner. Warnings will be sent and if continued, bans will be given.
  
• Personal affairs - These should not be brought on to the forum. They can cause grudges and/or arguments which is not what Astralomia is here for, please keep them strictly off the forum. If an argument or any kind of negativity is caused by any personal affairs you have brought to the forum, you may receive a warning. If done repeatedly you may receive a ban.
  
• Readings - If you are having or receiving a reading, please read the rules for them in the 'Readings' section of the forum.

  Posting.
  

• Images - Please keep in mind that this is a friendly, family forum. Any inappropriate images, such as pornography, will be deleted as soon as they are found. If you are being sent them by another member via. PM, please tell a member of staff. Depending on the extent of the image, you will receive a friendly warning, in more extreme cases you will receive a permanent ban.
  
• Multiple Posts - Please post the topic only once, if people can help they will reply to your post. If there is more than one section you can put your post in, please post it in the one that your topic is more inclined for. If staff feel it is posted in the wrong place they can move the topic (you will be told which post, where from and where to via PM). You will be asked politely not to multi-post, if you continue to do so you will receive a warning, if still continuing, a possible ban.
  
• Links - Astralomia is not responsible for the content of any links posted on this website, if you find one inappropriate please contact the staff immediately and it will be dealt with as soon as possible.
  
• Sensitive Topics - Please be aware that certain topics may offend people, so were possible try to word the topic so people do not take offence to it. We do not allow or permit any posts encouraging or stating drug or alcohol use, or anything else illegal.
  
• Self promotion and Advertising - We will remove any sites or topics linked to this forum that encourage buying a good or service. However, if you are advertising your own website which happens to have free ads on the site (as most free forums do), this is ok so long as you are not trying to sell a good or service on the forum.

Anything you say to a member of staff will be treated with confidentiality.
