March 14, 2009.

Affirmation 1:
The gifts of the Spirit spill out through me daily as peace, joy, wisdom, intelligence, healing, and love.
I am aware of the limitless power of Mind at my disposal, and I am fearlessly willing to become more of who I truly am, a creative person with great insights.

Affirmation 2:
I choose happiness over sadness.
I choose freedom over bondage.
I choose to love myself without judgement.
I feel joy pumping through my veins.
